My entry to:100 DAYS OF STEEM : Weekly Photography Challenge #3

Hello steemians, this is my entry to the weekly Photography Challenge #3 proposed by the @steemitblog team.

In Venezuela we are in the "Plum of Huesito" season. "Huesito" is the diminutive of the word bone, and denotes the seed that has the fruit. Its scientific name is Spondias purpurea.

It is a good food because it provides:
Vitamins A and C
Dietary fiber
Match
Iron
Calcium

So for almost the whole month this is the fruit that we eat at home, along with the mango that is also in season.

I like to cook a mango and carrot in its own juice. I posted that on writing challenge on ‘My Favorite Meal"

Today I will explain to you about the "Plum of Huesito".

My son is in charge of shopping, so as soon as he arrives with the bag of plums...

I put them to disinfect with water and vinegar.

Se me aguo la boca viendo las ciruelas, que delicia @mariita52

Jajaja, normalmente las como cocinadas en su propio almíbar, pero
se me olvido tomar las fotos, jajaja.
Cuando vine a ver ya eran pura semilla.
