One of my favorite dishes is this spicy stir-fried catfish that's extremely popular in Bangkok. Actually it's popular throughout out Thailand, I just cook it more myself when I'm in Bangkok, hehe. Catfish is very popular in Thailand and most people are already familiar with the spiciness level Thai food has. This is one of those spicy dishes.
The picture makes me feel hungry. Thai food is really my favorite. I like its spicy and sour taste. It is really popular in my city, Hong Kong.
