Dropping school and chasing startup dreams in Africa
It was back in early 2017 when we heard that Techcrunch was coming to Africa and what was even more thrilling was that it was coming to my hometown Nairobi. My friends and I, tired of the viscous cycle of poverty and ignorance called education in Africa. So we did what zuckenberg did, we quit school. One year later , I have learnt thing that i would never have learnt all my years in school. We went from thrilling everyone with our million dollar idea, we got seed capital but we did not know its a shark world and sooner, our startup was not ours at all. I will be back to share more about my journey?
