Steemit added to React wiki
Hey Steemians,
Just wanted to let you know about a quick update. Recently, I have been looking into open source projects and contribute in multiple projects on Github. One of them is busy.org as well, I'm sure many of them are excited about 'busy'. In this post I wanted to let you know that I've added Steemit to the React wiki list of websites _ _ . What does this mean ? Let me explain in detail.
Some background about ReactJS
Developers, especially on UI front-end are very well aware of what is ReactJS. There are tons of tutorials, guides on ReactJS and also discussions about React Vs Angular.
To put that in simple words for non-tech friends,
React is a JavaScript library for building user interfaces(UI)
React wiki & Benefits
React wiki is a list of websites which uses ReactJS for their front-end implementation. This list helps in multiple way for multiple people.
- Developers who are analyzing frameworks, look up at wiki list to find trusted companies who have adopted the framework.
- Organisations look up wiki as a mode of publicity. The websites built on libraries/frameworks like React, Angular are considered modern.
- Freelancers & Open Source Contributors also use this list to check about other companies/projects which uses React.
As of now, there are 800+ * websites and apps listed on React wiki.

Contribute to Open source
I request everyone to contribute to open source projects to make the coding world great! Don't worry if you don't know to code, don't hold yourself in the fear of making mistakes. Did I tell you that, you don't need to know 'code' to contribute. You can contribute in finding bugs, defects, improve documentation, quick start-up guide etc.
Most of the projects on Steemit are open source. You can contribute through utopian.io as well. Busy.org is also growing, you can contribute there. Let me know if you need any help.
