Be In The "YES" Business | GaryVee

If you are a YouTuber or you want to be a YouTuber, you need to watch the entirety of this keynote. I genuinely think that the amount of value that I give in this keynote at VidSummit 2017 that is directly regarding being a creator on the YouTube platform is extremely valuable. Take advantage of this free knowledge! - GaryVee

Never Stop Innovating

Your brand should not be committed to only one platform. GaryVee says the name of the game is to thrive in premature platforms. Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook are all mature and after maturity comes death

Never Lose Focus

Don't forget to constantly create content for all other platforms as your brand is relying on all platforms for ultimate visibility. Your success is based on the visibility it gets so never slow down in any area.

Demographic

It's either 25 and older or 25 and under. If your demographic is the young millennials, you must be mindful that they are multitaskers and consume content at a much higher rate. This means you have to invest more of your time interacting and creating content to keep your brand in their faces.

Design Your Brand

Your brand should offer something that is not dependent on current day technology.

Is the keynote about switching to D.Tube and Steemit? Cuz it should be lol. I still use Youtube though cuz you're right about using as many platforms especially new ones when publishing your content. Steemit has actually grown the most the quickest for me.

I do, however, feel like I should say that I disagree with this statement:

Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook are all mature and after maturity comes death.
I think that this might not be the best example. Google has been around for twice as long as Facebook and is still kicking harder than ever. Hell, IBM wasn't even brand new at the beginning of the 19th century (records say 1880-ish) and it is killing it this year. Maturity leads to death in biology, but I don't think the same can be said for social media personalities/content creators.

Myspace, Vine, Twitter (declining). kyte.tv, etc.

Thank you for the good information. I am on YouTube and with all the changes they are making these days you have to keep on top of the game or lose out entirely.
