HELLO STEEMIANS !
It after 10 o'clock so officially weekend is on !! This Friday your favorite couple of foxes won't sleep calm in their hole, because Berghain's resident Len Faki is coming to our lovely town ! We haven't been in the chapel of techno yet, so we are exciting that tonight we will have an opportunity to enjoy this sonical experience well known for the Berliners.

Berlin based DJ, producer and label owner Len Faki is one of the most outstanding and in-demand artists in techno's present age. Being a resident at Berlin’s prime techno club Berghain since its opening in 2004 keeps him open-minded as both, dj and producer. His sound is constantly evolving without ever losing its vibrant, unique energy and the passion and heart he puts into his sets. His gigs are an audio-visual adventure where he is not only playing for the crowd but rather performing for and with them.

It is few minutes after 10 P.M. and party will start on 11 P.M. so theoretically RAVING FOXES suppose to be in rush, but we are leaving the dancefloor for the kids now. In our fox-opinion, the most preferable time for going wild is around 1:00 A.M. At this time club is already completely soaked in the dirty, heavy techno atmosphere, the fumes of drags and pheromones. But we are not going to sit and wait, so until that time we will warm-up on the b4 party with quite fresh mix from Len Faki and we would like to suggest you considering the same activity.

How would you consider Rotterdam vs Berlin, as a party friendly city?

In Holland I have only partied in Amsterdam, and that was expensive, and to my surprise people went home quite early by my standards...

The beauty of Rotterdam's night life is about possibilities. You can choose between many interesting and creative underground clubs like Bar, Mono or WORM where you will pay for the entrance something between 0-15e. If you are looking for a bigger venues, you can always hit Toffler, Now&Wow or Maassilo where tickets costs around 15-30e, depends from the party and ticket type (early bird, regular, late). Through the whole year you can find a lot of indoor or outdoor festivals, where prices can reach up to 50e per ticket. It is very common that you will have to stay in the door line for approx ~20min or something, but actually I have never meet a restricted door policy in this city.
I have heard a lot of histories about boring dutch parties finishing around 3 A.M. but personally I was maybe only twice at that kind of short parties. Normally, techno parties are on up to 7-9 A.M. in the morning. Sometimes there is also an official afterparty somewhere else, so actually it is not so bad.
Sounds VERY interesting, @cubapl, don't get me wrong I don't want to end up in a "afterparty"/crackhouse somewhere for a week with out sleep...
But I just REALLY hate when they close good clubs/parties at 03.00 AM...
7-9 AM is perfect for me, Im not going to lie, I do get tired from dancing for that long now days, but I do like to linger for the sunset with a nice beer in my hand contemplating the beauty of life, whilst listening too good music and being surrounded by positive and happy people....
Rotterdam next...
Thanks for the valuable info Im going to bookmark this post, because these clubs/locations change more often then people change underwear, and the coolest places aren't usually even hardly listed on places like resident advisor...
