Directed energy weapons is what took down the 9/11 towers.
The DEW's became a Financial Market last year. You can read through the Directed Energy Professional Society reports that have been coming out for years.
The US Navy has them and has had them since the 1990's. Even the Indian Navy is now starting to use them on their ships.

The Powers That Shouldn't Be (TPTSB) are the ones that have developed these weapons and are pretty much the only ones that have them at the moment.
Crazy! The powers are definitely imbalanced at the moment.
