This would be horrible news if this kind of weaponry gets into the hands of the powers-that-be. They would be used for evil for sure then. Thanks for sharing this post.
The Powers That Shouldn't Be (TPTSB) are the ones that have developed these weapons and are pretty much the only ones that have them at the moment.
Crazy! The powers are definitely imbalanced at the moment.
