Cape Town Eco-Mobility Trip, Episode 4.
Hey everyone. Here I am riding what is the fastest thing on one wheel in South Africa. This one wheel beast is called a Gotway Monster Electric Unicycle, it goes up to 220kms in range and up to 70 kmph. Keeping in mind it literally only has one wheel and controlled by a gyro. Motion is achieved by moving ones centre of gravity forward (leaning forward) to stop simply lean back. It does take a little practice and this unit certainly isn't for the faint hearted! Once you have mastered the art there really isn't much to beat it from an urban commute and 'fun factor' point of view.
Cape Town is certainly one of the sight seeing capitals of the world and the castle of good hope below is a must see.
The castle been 'protected' by two 'BFG' cannon's rather interesting to see.
