Back To Back Weekend

This upcoming weekend would be another productive one as we'll be having 2 major meetups and the 2nd episode of Teh Tarik Sunday. Now how exciting can that be?! It IS a weekend that I've been looking forward especially we get to welcome @heartscally home for awhile but also a bittersweet experience because we are also going to say goodbye to @yasminep who's off to London.

Date: 21st April 2018, Saturday
Time: 5 PM​ Durian | 7 PM Bah Ku Teh
Venue: Say Heng Durian Stall | SS15 Yu Kee Bah Ku Teh

When an International Steemian comes over to visit Malaysia, it is a MUST to bring them to try the King of Fruits, Durian AKA angry coconut. All the more when a Malaysian who's been overseas for a long time comes home. Actually, it's just an excuse because we Malaysians love Durian... :P

We would be having our Durian Feast at Say Heng Durian Stall, USJ 14 and Bak Ku Teh at Yu Kee, Subang SS14. Yes! It is the famous 'eat till you bleed' combo of food that will probably end up having your nose bleed. But if you're a true fan of these delicious food, you would've become immune by now.

We would gather at the durian stall at 5pm and at 7pm, we would proceed for dinner. We currently have maxed out pax joining but if you're really really interested and you can't live without meeting the lovely @heartscally, then you can look for me in discord. I would see wat I can do.

Teh Tarik Sundays - 22nd​ April 2018

The 2nd Episode of Teh Tarik Sundays is right around the corner and @branlee87 and I are very excited to see what other amazing posts fellow #teammalaysia members have come up with to share.

The first Teh Tarik Sundays was a HUGE success and we couldn't have done it without all the support given by fellow members. It is also our privileged to host this talkshow as part of #teammalaysia who is led and a witness by @bitrocker2020. This talkshow is definitely aimed to give #teammalaysia members a chance to share a post that they've written or a post that has interested them to share. We envision Teh Tarik Sundays to be a joyful and chilled session where every posts would get extra exposure and recognition by both #teammalaysia and intertionally through the live recordings.

@yasminep's Farewell Dinner - 23rd April 2018

Time: 7 PM​ till Late
Venue: Fa Ying Thai Fare & Cafe, Paradigm Mall (Dinner)

We had an earlier meetup with @yasminep at Common Man Coffee Roasters just a week ago and we felt like we had to organize a proper farewell dinner for her because who knows when we'll see her again. :(

We already have quite a few Steemians joining and it's going to be a night full of chats and laughter. We will be starting at 7pm at Fa Ying Thai Fare & Cafe, Paradigm Mall and drink and chill at New World Petaling Jaya Hotel's Bar, a rooftop bar after that. What time would the event end? We'll never know, I guess we'll have to wait and find out but I assume it's going to be the late late show with #teammalaysia.
