Upcoming 1st Team Malaysia Sabah Outing and Team Malaysia Sabah Gathering

Its has been a month plus now for Team Malaysia Sabah growing members steadily. As for myself, I have been active in Steemit just over 2-3 weeks only, even-though i joined last Aug 2017 (which i regretted for not actively involved), for the past few weeks, i have been learning the ropes of steemit step by step from fellow steemians and also Self Googling :). I also had the privilege to attend sifu @bitrocker2020 Steem Workshop - Back to Basic early this month. Check out his post here which was organised and spearheaded by my Brother in Crime @danieldoughty. Thanks Bro !!!

I also had the privilege to attend "Steemit 101" workshop presented by @alvinauh, check out his post here, it was his first time as presenter in Steemit Workshop. This also was spearheaded by @wilsonkoh and venue arrangement by @emmanuelnukchee at Black Box , Suria Sabah , check out his post on this awesome venue here

So far at this moment , hmmm ok lah, some areas are still confusing, and needed more practice such the Markdown Coding , Gif and etc. As i am typing now, we have in total 123 Team Malaysia Sabah members, and i strongly believe this number will grow to 200 by early Feb or so.

Enough said of me, back to topic on the First Team Malaysia Sabah Outing and Gathering. This was initiated by @danieldoughty and myself with after much discussion, we now look forward to the Masterclass Blogging workshop which will be held 10-11 February 2018, with @maverickfoo as presenter . After the 2-day workshop, we will end our program with an adventure and fun outing with fellow steemians. This social gathering will be held at Beringgis Fireflies Rivercruise Center, Kinarut which will be attended mostly by the participants of the Masterclass Blogging (which explain well by @danieldoughty post). We were told that few Orcas and Dolphins from KL are coming to experience the beauty of Sabah too. It was discussed many times that Steemit is all about Community Network, bringing faces to know who is who is so much better than knowing just the @ only. That was one of the aim.

For those who have registered for the Masterclass Blogging by paying 5 Steem, you don't have pay again for this outing/gathering dinner and Fireflies Cruise. However for those unable to join the Masterclass Blogging, you are most welcome to join us in this fellowship with a minimal fee of 2 Steem.

Normally for this tour, it is RM120.00 per pax (Ex Jetty) and as of now 2 steem is around RM34-RM35.

Therefore, i urge my fellow Steemians to grab this rare opportunity and experience to see fireflies in Sabah (live , not just in TV). By Accepting Steem as payment, it will serve the purpose for us to be in Stemmit Community right!!

When i saw the local papers on "Bitcoin use for payment in Land Deals" check out the post here, it drives me the urge to use Steem and SBD for payment in Tours and Holidays. Why not Right ? since also @papanog has already started his bit accepting SBD in his Clinic. Check out his post here
