Is Your Life Too Noisy? (Part 1)

NOISE. What exactly is noise in this modern days? Loud tv shows? Full blast music? Youths now does not consider this as noise. For youth, their parents advice and school's assembly are all considered as noise.

The truth is, loud tv shows, full blast music, ear-splitting car horns and aircraft noise are all factors of our noisy lifestyle. We may not have noticed it but this noises are damaging us one way or another. There was a saying that goes " Ignore the noise. Focus on your work." , but can we really do that? Chances are NO. we can't. we get annoyed and irritaated by the sound of ovens, juice mixers or a person who are talking loud. However, we tend to love the sound of loud musics playing without realizing that it's the same. Those are all noise.

Like I have mention earlier, there are many factors of noise around us. From our office to the mall and even our cozy homes. For instance, the sound of your siblings stomping up the stairs or banging the door shut behind can be a distraction. other times, our neighbors can be the cause of our noisy lifestyle. All this noise does not only distract us, but it also damage our health and well-being.
