Tuesday Christian Curation Night Show (TCCNS) #10 Report Writing
Hello everyone, today's show was another fantastic one with the fellow Christians. We talked about different topics that came up from each post. More people attended more than the last show even though few were those that presented.

Shortly after joining Steemit I encountered a blogger who calls himself @deathlyhorror. He is a Christian who address some sticky and some difficult issues with great clarity and wisdom. His name did not make sense and I had to ask. There is a great explanation, but I recommend that you ask The Grim Reaper Preacher himself why he chose that name.
Years ago (too many to count), as a student at varsity I collected different translations of the Bible. At one stage I had 9 different translations and more than 30 Bibles. My rule was that I had to read every new copy from cover to cover. I stopped counting when I had done that 12 times.
Is it not true that the better you know someone the more you are able to trust that person?
Is it not true that the more you know about someone to more you have to love about that person?

Oftentimes, we are so occupied with other activities that we pay little or no attention to soul winning. We rather sit in our local churches, holding religious gatherings that focus more on our needs, while we neglect the multitude of souls outside the faith.
God is looking for soul winners, who will go to the world to harvest souls. It is part of our responsibility. Evangelism is the primary assignment for all Christians in the world, and there is no substitute for it.
A lot of people are living in ignorance of the word of God. Take for example the people of Niveveh in the book of Jonah. How will our neighbours, colleagues, friends and family members believe in Christ Jesus if we don't talk about Him to them?

Know When To Say 'No'.
I don't know if you have ever experienced this in your life: You just didn't know how to tell people "No." You may be that kind of person that always loves to help others and always says, "I will do it."
Now you may be wondering what is Pastor Steven saying, are you saying I should not help my brother or sister who is in need?" Of course not! God's word tells us to do good to all men, especially to those in the household of faith.
A constant demand by others for your time, effort, counsel, money...... without the opportunity for you to get refilled can leave you with nothing to draw on for yourself, and you may become spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally and even financially bankrupt as a result.

In the literal sense, a petition is a formal written plea with legal demands. A petitioner writes according to legal guidelines and make his request in such a way as to convince the one he is presenting his petition to. It is also defined as a solemn entreaty; a supplication or request appealing to an authority, or an earnest or humble appeal for something or to someone.
The Father doesn't need anyone to plead with Him before He does something about you or grant your requests. He loves you unconditionally! And all he wants is for you to ask according to His will in the Name of Jesus and its yours. His will for asking therefore is in the Name of Jesus.

Every talent God gave you is to be used. You need and have to grow in it.
God does not give you extra gift. It's the gifts in you that produces more gifts.
When you put the one you have to work, it grows and multiplies.
Your school and work is important but your gifts are more important.
Every other thing you do should fuel your passion and vision.
Your school should produce for your gift.
Your money should produce for your gift.
Your time should produce for your gift, because your talent/gift is your tag. It distinguishes you. Its your identity. It's who you are.
