YL Tasteem#7 Ootoya Japanese Restaurant
A Japanese family style restaurant provide meal which included appetizer,Chawanmushi (Japanese style steamed egg), Soup, Main dish and rice.
They have a lot of branches in Japan, Taiwan and HK.
The price–performance ratio is really good!
Ootoya use Japanese-style decoration in order to provide comfortable dining experience. You can see the chef is preparing your meal, each dishes are freshly made in the open kitchen.
Ootoya provided variety choices of food, Yakitori, Set meal, sashimi, meal for kids. Also drinks and dessert!
They emphasized all the material used in meal are strictly selected at the origin place and promise you can enjoy same taste in every shop.
They also have a loyalty programme for all customers, $10 expense for 1point and use points to exchange different lever of free dishes. You can even exchange a free set meal if you have 250 points!!
The restaurant is popular and always full! Many Japanese in HK love to visit here and enjoy their meal :)
Now, food time!
For set meal, appitizer, miso soup, steamed egg, main dish and rice are included.
1. Grilled Pork Belly Marinated with Salted Rice Malt
The pork belly is juicy, Ootoya put vegetables with salad dressing and potato salad as side dish! The potato salad is really amazing which I hope the rice can also change to potato salad :)
2. Deep-fried breaded pork loin cutlet with miso
The sauce is so good to mix with rice, pork chop is still delicious after deep-fried process. Size is quite big so you can bring your own lunch box and reserve for next day. haha
3. Grilled Cod Fish
Nice dish and the chef make this dish so delicious!
4. Set meal with tofu, mushroom in egg sauce
This actually is @minloulou style. Vegetarian style set meal, with vegetables, tofu and mushroom. Light taste and quite healthy! This have no steamed egg as there is pork in it!
5. Assorted Sashimi set
Ootoya assoted sashimi set provided 5 types of sashimi, size is good enough and those are fresh! Food presentation is great and we have a good appetite!
6. Cold Udon
I am a udon lover! This udon is nice and usually I order this when I dont want to eat much at night.
7. Assorted sashimi platter
It is a platter with 7 kinds of sashimi, those are in-season, yummy and fresh!!! LOVE IT!!!
8. Yakitori platter (Chicken)
This is quite nice, you can order separately or in a platter with 3 or 6 yakitori!
今天我想要介紹一下其中一家我最喜歡的餐廳-大戶屋!
大戶屋是一家日式家庭料理餐廳, 提供的套餐包括前菜, 茶碗蒸,湯,主菜及飯.
他們在日本, 台灣及香港都有很多分店!
不得不說! 他們的性價比真的很高!
大戶屋採用了日式裝潢, 希望給食客舒服的用餐地方! 你可以看到廚師預備你的餐點, 所有的餐點都會在開放式廚房裡完成!
大戶屋提供了好多類別的食物, 串燒,套餐,刺身, 兒童餐. 還有飲品跟甜品!
他們強調所有的食材都是從產地嚴格選出來, 保證你在不同分店也能嘗到一樣的味道 :D
他們也有會員活動, 每消費$10就可以收到1分. 然後儲到一定程度時,就可以換取不同的免費餐點! 你更可以用250分就換到一份套餐呢!
大戶屋在香港十分受歡迎, 所以很多時候都會滿座! 也有很多在香港的日本人很喜歡到這裡吃晚餐的 :)
然後就是食物的時間!
這裡的套餐都會包括前菜, 味噌湯, 茶碗蒸, 主菜跟白飯!
1. 鹽麴熟成五花腩定食
五花腩真的十分多汁, 大戶屋在盤上放了新鮮的蔬菜跟土豆沙拉當配菜!那個土豆沙拉真的真的好好吃, 好吃得我想要把白飯換成沙拉呢 :)
2. 味噌吉列豬排定食
那個汁很好伴飯, 豬排就算炸了也一樣很好吃! 份量挺大所以你可以跟朋友分享或帶食物盒留起來!
3. 鱈魚西京燒定食
廚師把這個魚烤得十分好吃 :D
4. 豆腐,香菇配蛋花汁
這其實是 @minloulou 的風格. 素食套餐, 有蔬菜, 豆腐跟香菇. 淡口味也十分健康! 這套餐沒有茶碗蒸, 因為茶碗蒸裡面有豬肉!
5. 什錦刺身定食
刺身定食有5種不同的刺身, 份量不錯, 刺身也十分新鮮! 擺盤很贊所以讓人很有胃口!
6. 冷烏冬
我是一個烏冬愛好者! 這個冷烏冬是用讚岐烏冬, 當我晚餐不想吃太多的時候, 就會點這個了!
7. 什錦刺身拼盤
是一個有7款刺身的刺身拼盤, 全部都是當季的, 又好吃又新鮮!! 超喜歡!
8. 串燒拼盤(雞)
這個是不錯的, 你也可以選擇逐串點或者是點一個有3串或6串的串燒拼盤喔!!
