Saigon Steamed Bread
- Steamed bread is an ordinary snack of Saigon people every afternoon. Simple ingredients, you can make this dish for relatives enjoy together.
Material:
2 loaves of bread, 100 g of rice, 50 g of rice bran.
100 g lean meat, 2 salads, basil, pineapple, houttuya, perilla, basil.
Spring onion, chilli, satay
Processing:
- Pork lean meat cooked, sliced small. Cooked cooked, thin fiber.

- For the mix, mix well. If you like spicy food, you can add satay to mix well.

- Sliced bread just to eat, put into steamed about 3 to 5 minutes.

Sliced green onions, heat oil, onion to make grease onions. Dissolve the sugar with a little water and then boil. Turn off the stove, add the fish sauce, tasted slightly sweet. Add the fresh chilli paste.
Wash the bread with the vegetables, when eating large salads leaves, roll the ingredients, point to the sauce and then enjoy.
