Hi all steemians, this time I am back in food version of me, about one of the most famous food you can find in my country Indonesia which is Bakso. This is the favorite food of almost all Indonesian people. No one does not know meatballs. You will find it very easily in every corner of the city. Even in school canteens. These foods are sold starting from restaurant franchise to street food with various variations. The best and most delicious is the original meatball stall that has been legendary and has been selling it for decades.

Like this one, I ate it in the 'Bakso Anjar' resto in Langsa City. This meatball is located next to BRI Bank, Langsa Market area. The price is quite cheap, only around 15000 Indonesian rupiah or around 1 dollar for 1 portion. What I ordered was 'Bakso Pake Ayam 'or Meatball Soup and The Chicken Fillets. These meatballs consist of meatball from beef, wheat noodles, the soup, plus pieces of tofu and the chicken fillets. As a topping, they put some fried onions.

The best way to eat Bakso like the most Indonesian people is to add as much as chili or spicy sauce on top of it so that the food becomes massive spicy soup that you will need a handkerchief to wipe the sweat on your face ;D I don't know why we did it, also you will need a cold drinks to remove the burned spicy taste. That's the excitement of eating meatballs ;D It's actually an unsolved mystery until today, why do Indonesians like spicy foods in such level that can make the tongue burned and you need to drink a lot ;D ;D When the rain comes up and the air gets cold then the stomach becomes hungry, then we Indonesian people must be missing this Bakso food for its spicy. No wonder then when the rain is over people will go out and look for this Bakso.
