Spicy and sour, definitely a good try!! that pig blood is something like jelly, sometimes we call it "pig blood jelly", you can chunk it and won't get diluted into the soup. It's not strong in taste but a little tasting that I can't describe in words.
Awesome! If I have the chance to go to Hong Kong someday I will definitely try some of that soup.
