Foodie Tasteem#49 - Sushi Express
Hello Steemians, Hello Hong Kong!!!
Yesterday night, I went to this light sushi restaurant for a quick bite! This restaurant is very famous among Hong Kong people for its friendly price and good quality.
They are seasonal picks and I tried the top left one, it's surprisingly good if you're egg lover.
If you haven't heard of any Japanese dining style, you may find it very interesing.! As the sushi is putting on a trail and keep rolling in front of you, if you spot anything you like, just simply put it up and eat it!
Just like this!! This is grilled salmon belly with cheese sauce, it tastes even better when for the raw salmon.
This one is flavour as it is Japanese style egg roll with mentaiko sauce on top. Mentaiko is flavoured cod roe and you can see they grilled it a little bit. It can raise the flavour.
This one is famous as they roll it with salmon and put capelin roe on top to make it looks great. It's named the love with flower in Chinese.
ding ding ding ding ding, just look at them keep floating in front of you, it's a unique experiences.
Hong Kong people are die hard fans of salmon, but tonight the salmon sushi isn't fresh, may be the time is late now.
And finally, I tried again the grilled salmon belly with cheese sauce, it's really amazing!!
That's some other foods we had and in average is HK$60(US$7.5) per person. What a great value!!

I found an error about the Google map, should I report the issue?? it's like I choose address A with full details but when I submit the post, it turns out to be short address just like what I had.

My personal advice is to include a full address at the end of your post in the near future as well to avoid problems from arising.
