An unusual restaraunt.
ANISE - FISHING AND TOURISM - TERRACINA
A small fishing boat operated by two fishermen, in the port of Terracina.
A wonderful outing that I reccomend to all lovers of the sea.
A day on the fishing boat with two experienced fishermen and above all two skilled cooks.
Departure at 7 am from the port of Terracina to go fishing and spend a fantastic day.
After the fishing the two fishermen-cooks prepare a delicious lunch made with fish and local produce.
At work in galley!
They prepared mussels and bruschetta for starter.
Bruschetta is typical local bread with fish, tomato and mussels, topped with salt oil and parsley.
All ingredients produced in the area.
This is the seasoning with salt oil and parsley.
Meanwhile, the base is prepared with squid and walls caught in the morning.
In another pan the chef prepares the sauce with the fish caught with the fine mesh nets.
The whole thing is washed down with ezcellent white wine called Moscato di Terracina, a wine that has won numerous awards.
An exquisite frying of freshly caught fish!!!
And still fresh fish and shrimp taken by fellow fishermen.
And to like other typical italian delicacies: D.O.P. mozzarella and red pizza cooked with a wood oven!
At around 5pm, after bathing in the clean waters of the area, we return to the port of Terracina satisfied with the wonderful day spent.
