SISTER - Korean spicy noodles 7 levels
In recent years, Korean spicy noodles have emerged as a phenomenon among young people. There are more than 300 spicy noodle restaurant in the city of Hanoi.. I love spicy noodles, this is my favorite winter dish. Spicy noodles have 7 levels, the 7th level has the most spiciness. However I can only eat spicy noodles at level 1 and level 0, hmmm even though I can only eat spicy noodles at a low level. I had tinnitus and watery eyes after eating this dish. Korean spicy noodles are delicious and addictive, but I think this dish should only be eaten once a week. It makes me feel bloated because it's too spicy, and eating too much is not good for health.
In Soc Son - where I live, the best spicy noodle restaurant is called '' Ăn vặt bigbang" .. I have eaten at that restaurant many times because the food in the bowl of noodles is full and delicious.

Today I want to try spicy noodles at another restaurant. The restaurant's name is: "" Sister ". I ordered a bowl of level 1 Korean spicy noodles and a second grade Korean spicy noodles. My feeling is that noodles are more spicy in other restaurants.
Spicy noodles at this restaurant are less than elsewhere I've eaten but the price of a bowl of noodles is the same.
In a bowl of spicy Korean noodles include: fish ball, squid, shrimp,scallop, sweet corn, purple vegetables, mushrooms, Korean kimchi. ((((bowl of spicy noodles without sausages like other restaurants and mushrooms and seafood are also less))
This is the only minus point of this dish. But the taste of this spicy noodle is delicious.
Price: 40,000 VND / 1 bowl
There are many other flavors of spicy noodles: beef spicy noodles, mushroom spicy noodles, mixed seafood noodles, ..
And many accompanying drinks like milk tea, juice, smoothies.
Some snacks: kimbab, tokkboki, bread, fried spring rolls, yogurt, dry chicken. ,,,
Advantages :
- Fresh seafood (shrimp, squid, ..)
- Restaurant space is wide, there are many beautiful photography views, the restaurant has 2 floors, with clean toilets.
- Friendly and nimble waiters.
- Free drink when eating spicy noodles: pineapple ginseng tea ( other spicy Korean noodle restaurants only free filtered water and ice cold lol)
- Restaurants sell Western food: steak, spaghetti, pizza, burger

That looks really spicy! I love spicy Korean ramen as well but I am not sure if I can handle level 7 in that restaurant. Haha..

hahaa of course not possible! I could only eat level 1 spicy noodles, and I had tinnitus and watery eyes after eating it.
Wow.. sounds bad. But I will still try to challenge it when I have to chance to visit Hanoi. Haha..
