Hi guys ^^ My article is a review of a restaurant with bird specialties.
Do you like Vietnamese hot pot???Is hot pot healthy for you?
Beside the delicious flavor, there are two other important reasons for Vietnamese liking hotpot : the first one is that it is a great way to socialize. People gather around the pot, chatting, eating, drinking, and having fun.
I love the restaurant's hotpot sauce : they can make a light hotpot taste richer, can balance a very spicy hotpot, or can add that extra kick to your hotpot bites. The cold winter season of Vietnam make me and my friends to sit around a boiling hotpot for a long time and converse heartily while enjoying delicious food cooked in the hotpot.
This is chicken hotpot. The ingredients of this hotpot include: mushrooms, tofu, chicken, vegetables, beef, oysters, and corn, Beer and orange juice.
We didn't come to this restaurant to eat hot pot. We came to this restaurant to eat roasted wild birds and hotpot which is a dish that helps us talk more. We are a group of 6 people. We ordered 24 sparrows, 2 platters of corn, 1 platter of leek, 6 Turtle dove ,..
A sparrow costs VND 12,000, A tiny sparrow costs more than a quail. A Turtle dove costs VND 120.000 ( The bird is too expensive !!! This bird is 15 times more expensive than a quail of the same size)
Note : VND 23.000 = $1
At such a price, this is the most expensive restaurant. i think i eat bird only once, i want to know the feeling of eating jungle bird lol. Actually birds don't have meat, hmmm I have to eat a lot of bird bones and pay a lot of money
Total amount of this meal is: 2,000,000 VND. Anyway, the restaurant has many other birds. For example : pigeon,coucal, goose, koel, lesser whistling duck , pheasant , quail, spotted dove, stork, white-breasted waterhen.,,,
These birds are grilled, steamed, fried, hotpot, roasted with salt
You will not know what to choose :p
