The feedback need to be suggested to Tasteem Team.

1. Interface and functions

• Font: Font on vn.tasteem.io are quite small compared to the other versions. Especially in the Editor, the font is not suitable to display Vietnamese, and results in difficulties of reading and spell checking. Comparably, the font of mobile version (iPhone in particular) is much nicer and readable than on PC.

• Auto-scroll: In Tasteem's posting section, there are 2 parts: Markdown and Preview. In order to make it easier for users, especially when writing long posts and inserting multiple images, Tasteem should add Auto Scroll mode that makes the Preview shows the part of post in proportion to wherever the user is working on.
• Display issues on mobile: The list of upvoters is not displayed when clicking on the heart icon of any post on the ranking page. If you want to see the list of upvoter, you need to go to the author's personal page then click the heart icon in the article over there. This issue causes unnecessary inconvenience for the users, especially the supporters. This situation only exists in the mobile version. With PC version, the upvoter list is displayed once you click on the heart icon in the article right on the ranking page. Tasteem should synchronize features between the two versions to create convenience for users.

• Some minor issues that need to be fixed such as gaps and meaningless phrases that are displayed incorrectly on vn.tasteem.io (different with what was translated).

2.Rules

• Update Tasteem's new regulations on the contest announcement post, as well as the FAQs, to ensure consistency.
• Distinguish the community bot and voting bot. Using community bots (sbi, minnowsupport, qurator, ...) should not be considered as a violation of the rules, it is different with using money to buying vote to have advantage on ranking. Besides, according to Tasteem's new scoring method, upvotes from these community bots will not count as score and will not affect the fairness of the competition.
• Set the link of Contest Rules right at the Posting section as a reference for users before they start writing post to participate in the contest. Or on the contest's homepage, when the user wants to participate in the contest and click on "POST", a window will pop out to inform the rules of the contest. Only after the user clicks the “confirm” button to confirm that they read it thoroughly and understand it well, the posting section will appear and users will be able to start writing their post. This is to ensure that there will be no violation due to lack of understanding rules.

3.Ranking

In fact, many abusers have taken advantage to post at the last moments of the contest to avoid inspection of Supporters. Although Tasteem Team made timely discoveries after that and handed out prizes to those who really deserved it, but the rankings remained unchanged and there are still abusers in the top 10 of ranking on vn.tasteem.io as well as Contest Result Post of @tasteem-vn on Steemit.

Solution: The time to announce the result of the contest should be back 12 hours from the ending time of the contest, so that supporters/manager have time to check and review the top 10 before posting the official announcement of winners and prizes.

4.Whitelist for Tasteem-vn

There should be a whitelist for tasteem-vn like tasteem global. To avoid abusers.

The feedbacks that already had solutions:

Feedback: Regarding the contests, it is necessary to diversify the topics, create multiple contests so that users will have more choices, and the contests should be only about reviewing great restaurants, but also about the bad ones.

• Currently, the number of users of Tasteem-vn isn’t great, that is why Tasteem-vn has been launching a weekly contest only. However, in the near future, if it shows a bounce in term of number of users, Tasteem-vn will hold multiple contests. Tasteem-vn has also prepared plenty of contests with new topics, not just “Your weekly choice" so you will not feel bored.

• Regarding reviewing restaurants, currently Tasteem-vn only has contest themes that ask users to review their favorite restaurants. Due to the nature of Tasteem is a platform based on Steem Blockchain where the information, data once posted will not be deleted. Therefore, in order to avoid negative consequences, Tasteem - vn will not create contest theme that encourages users to write negative reviews about restaurants. However, Tasteem-vn will hold contests that you can share your real restaurant experiences , you can leave compliments for the restaurant's excellent food, or comment about something make you not satisfied about the service, ... Just share the real restaurant experiences you have just had, no matter that restaurant is good or not. There will not be only one contest for reviewing favorite restaurants like now. So please be patient, the new themes are coming soon.

Feedback: Vietnamese users are blocked for unknown reasons

• Tasteem has blocked a series of accounts allegedly involved in manipulating Tasteem's scores and rankings. Tasteem has done the punishment without warning, or making any official announcement, which has led to a number of users feeling dissatisfied.
• Tasteem blocks a range of users and related to the rankings manipulation without prior notice, which was considered as a temporary measure in an emergency, to prevent these individuals from continuing to participate in the ongoing contests while Tasteem Team was conducting a thorough investigation, so that the contests running in that time were guaranteed fairness. After that, Tasteem continued to check the list of banned users, check every single individual to not penalize innocent people . The fact that most of the people on Tasteem's banned list were directly involved in the rankings manipulation, and blocking them is right decision for the development of Tasteem. With a few people are really innocent, Tasteem apologized and also removed them out of banned list. Now, they are able to continue participating in the contest and also got the upvotes from Tasteem that were previously canceled. Currently Tasteem-vn is a place that is less in quantity but much higher in quality.

Feedback: The standards for a quality article should be reduced. There are some places on the street that don’t have menu, or the interior,... The scores should not be counted only from the bookmarks, upvotes, ... Because people who have a lot of Steem power or high reputation will always win thanks to the bookmark and upvote from their people. There should be a team to appreciate the content of the article.

• Currently, Supporter are the ones who curate posts to give the curation rewards for high quality contents with bigger upvotes which can boost them to higher ranking. Besides, if the post lacks in menu photos, or restaurant interior photos, etc, but the reviews are really excellent, that post will still be appreciated by the Supporter team. Meeting fully the standards is good, but if your post lacks a few factors of an ideal post, it doesn’t mean that you completely lose the opportunity to be appreciated. Believe that those standards are basic and just for reference, we care more about the way you share your real restaurant experiences.
• In addition, recent updates by Tasteem have made the contest fairer. Only upvotes from users that have login history in Tasteem can be counted, and maximum number of bookmarks counted as the score is 10. Do these changes resolve some of the issues you are concerning about?

Feedback: Tasteem should attach links of high quality post at posting section on vn.tasteem.io for other users to refer.

• At present, Tasteem-vn's competitions are much fairer, quality posts are always appreciated and get high rankings in the contests. Therefore, you can refer to the posts received the curation rewards or the posts are ranked high in the ranking of the contest for your reference.
