The idea of "Talk Channel"

Maybe many of us want a place we could only talk about loosely and firmly. Ask questions about things we wonder about, for example, about the STEEM community or other things. That's why we want to create a post with "talk channel" Just talk to some or ask questions.

Talk Channel

The post "Talk Channel" will be posted weekly, every Monday and is open to everyone the whole week. And there we should all appreciate comments and responses to each other.

Yes, we need to talk to each other as well

Theme this week: "COMMUNITY BUILDING".

For this week we will have as a special guest our friend @XPILAR, administrator of the WORLD OF XPILAR community.

Hi @adeljose and thank you or organizing this Monday talk channel. I hope you are all doing well and I just wanted to open this talks with my first comment.

It is good to have a guest @xpilar who is very extraordinary personality and I always admire to see how much effort and positive energy he is putting in everything where he is involved.

Now @xpilar, my question to you, have you always worked with human resources, I have a feeling that you are very good in identifying the people's strength and to let them to develop them. Everything that you get involved becomes successful, because you put everything you can and people who are looking at you do the same.

It is difficult to build a community, it is not only the organizer but more important the simple members who should feel that this is the good place for them. That is why it is important for everyone in the community to communicate with each other, to say: Hi, how are you? Can I help? Such little gestures will change the people and improve the atmosphere.

Do you agree with me? Wishing you nice Monday evening :)

Greetings @stef1.

Welcome your comment to start the talk.

It is important what you indicate, @xpilar is without a doubt as its user indicates, an excellent pillar for this platform, it has always believed and given its effort for Steemit, and it is pleased to support everything that benefits this community.

I am proud to be part of your team, it is important how you value our actions in World of Xpilar

Thanks for the kind words

I can answer yes to your question.

I entered the insurance industry early at just 21 years old and learned sales, running an office with employees and training agents in insurance.
It was the beginning of working with people, getting to know them and their needs
After my time in the insurance industry, I have been self-employed and run several companies and trained my employees to handle customers and sales. I have also been sales manager in other companies with training people in sales.

Over the years, I have also held leadership positions in organizations and clubs and more.

Now I am 66 years old and my long experience of working and educating others and finding their needs is something I have also taken with me to our platform.

It is difficult to build a community, it is not only the organizer but more important the simple members who should feel that this is the good place for them. That is why it is important for everyone in the community to communicate with each other, to say: Hi, how are you? Can I help? Such little gestures will change the people and improve the atmosphere.

I totally agree with you

I'm also afraid that many people are more concerned with their own blogs now for the sake of profit and forget to comment on others.
This can quickly lead to the quantity becoming greater than the quality

Thank you for your answer @xpilar, it was interesting to learn about your background and working in insurance field you have to be able to calculate the risks but also to know the psychology of people.

I think nowadays, it become more running after rewards and not really blogging and commenting, no time, maybe no mood. But they do not realize that like in every business people should invest time to learn how the system works and behave themselves towards others like they would like to have towards themselves.

Thank you for this little chat and thank you @adeljose for hosting it. I just felt like we have a little meet up with cup of tea/coffee. Wishing you nice start in the week :)

It took a while before I decided to build a local community, but after several inquiries, World of Xpilar was born.
I made some plans in the start-up phase and looked for what users on the steem community liked.

The important thing in building a local community is to connect with people you have a friendship with and trust. The next step is to develop a team and allow them to use their skills.

The important thing in a community is cooperation, without it no one will succeed.

What you want yourself, you must also want for others.
The same applies to the saying "in a closed hand nothing comes"

"in a closed hand nothing comes"

Excellent phrase friend @xpilar.

Many of us can attest to his good management in terms of support to those involved in the community, so he has received the respect, appreciation and admiration he deserves.

Steemit needs leaders like you, to form a great community.
