Thanks for the invitation
It took a while before I decided to build a local community, but after several inquiries, World of Xpilar was born.
I made some plans in the start-up phase and looked for what users on the steem community liked.
The important thing in building a local community is to connect with people you have a friendship with and trust. The next step is to develop a team and allow them to use their skills.
The important thing in a community is cooperation, without it no one will succeed.
What you want yourself, you must also want for others.
The same applies to the saying "in a closed hand nothing comes"

Many of us can attest to his good management in terms of support to those involved in the community, so he has received the respect, appreciation and admiration he deserves.
Steemit needs leaders like you, to form a great community.
