The lagoon of Canaima/El lago de Canaima

This was the first commission that someone asked me when I arrived here in Barquisimeto, he sent me a normal photo of him and asked me to place behind him one of the wonders that my country has, the lagoon of Canaima. Canaima National Park is a natural patrimony of humanity that is located near my eastern roots, in the Bolivar State, being the sixth largest park in the world with a particular geological formation called the Tepuyes.
I enjoy doing this drawing a lot, I think I once went there with my family, I was a little girl, so I don't have memory of the Gran Sabana that is the municipality where this wonderful place is, but hey, I want to go back to breathe that fresh air that is so necessary from time to time.
Esta fue la primera comisión que me pidieron cuando llegue acá a Barquisimeto, me mando una foto normal de él y pidió que detras le colocara una de las maravillas que posee mi país, la laguna de Canaima. El parque nacional Canaima es un patrimonio natural de la humanidad que se encuentra ubicado cerca de mis raíce orientales, en el Estado Bolívar, siendo el sexto parque más grande del mundo con una formación geológica particular llamada los Tepuyes.
Disfrute mucho haciendo este dibujo, creo que alguna vez fui para allá con mi familia, aunque yo estaba muy pequeña y poco recuerdo de la Gran Sabana que es el municipio donde se encuentra este maravilloso lugar, pero bueno, quiero volver a ir para respirar ese aire fresco que tanto hace falta de vez en cuando.
