Hello Steemit Introducing myself

I write a lot and heard a lot about Steemit online when a friend started talking to me about Crypto. Most of my writing is for the sport of Mixed Martial Arts but I did start a website that I cover many of my own interests over at The Blogboard Jungle . I made that site in college and it was for a class on digital marketing.

If you are a fan of MMA you can see most of my coverage at Frontproof Media or over at Sherdog. But I also have a strong interest in Movies, (especially horror films), TV, comic-book culture, and food.

Finding new places to write keeps me motivated to write more and Steemit seems like a nice community to interact with from what I have heard. I know earning Steem is a plus, but after reading about the community here, I look forward to following others and interacting with folks on here. I should mention I did a search of MMA and saw there wasn't much on here so I think with the creative freedom I can probably grow that type of content here too.

I also love using markdown and the fact that it's a thing here is making me really happy.
