"Imagine our world, being so huge, complex and multifaceted, has become so self-sufficient (self-contained, completely closed system) that it no longer needs external influence and, like the higher order system, he himself sets himself and himself before us purposes? But if he sets his own purposes, then he is purposeful.
In this connection, the question arises of the purposefulness of nature. Perhaps she has some goal known to her and she builds the World accordingly to this goal. If nature has a purpose, then it is orderly and purposeful. But is it?
There are two diametrically opposed points of view to this question. Philosophers from different religions claim that everything is from God, the World is orderly and destined for human development. Materialist atheists assert that there is no God, but there is nature, blind, random, chaotic and not purposeful. But if we recognize that nature is purposeful, then the words "nature" and "God" become synonymous.
There is no chaos in nature, in every corner of the universe there is always an ideal order, because the laws of thermodynamics work everywhere and are respected. Nature is one and almost ordered. Almost because, at the level of quantum phenomena, there is probably some kind of uncertainty and unpredictability, that is, the inconsistency of the phenomena with our knowledge of physical laws (tunnel effects, for example). It is this unpredictability that is the cause of chance and unpredictability. And randomness and purposefulness mutually exclude each other. We do not know yet whether this unpredictability is the result of imperfection of the technology of carrying out experiments and / or the insufficiency of our knowledge, or is fundamental and proceeding from the essence of nature. But even if it proceeds from the essence of nature, it can still be that the cause of chance is something that lies beyond the boundaries of our World, that it affects our World, subordinating it to our purposes and forcing it to act according to a certain plan. In this case there is no place for chance, everything is purposefully, predetermined, and causally conditioned."
"And who or what sets the purposes for the system?" So far only one thing is clear: the purpose is always put by another system, and the systems themselves, including man, do not have free will. We have the freedom to choose actions to achieve the purpose, but there is no freedom to choose the very purpose. If it seems to you that you have a purpose that you set yourself, it will look like it should and then still find some external cause (purpose-task).
Thus, we still do not know with certainty whether nature is purposeful (Peace) or not? How can we not know that unpredictability at the level of quantum effects is due to the imperfection of our knowledge, or is this a fundamental phenomenon of nature that does not depend on us at all? Is randomness an objective or subjective reality?
Well it's written right there: "This, so to speak, the two poles of our being - global peace and world at the level of quantum phenomena of elementary particles, between which we exist. There can be taskability of the purpose from the outside and does not concern these poles, but for any systems existing between them, including for us, the purposes are set from outside by the environment filled with other systems.
Thus, the purpose-aspiration is first and foremost the need (desire) to do something that something external demands of it. In order to perform, you need to act. Hence the following two principles - the principle of action and the principle of hierarchy."
