Learn military and swim

I am a shy girl and do not know how to swim. I only swim a week ago. Right now I'm going to military school at a university. Military education takes all my time.We get up at 5 am every day to exercise and work.The mineral water here is very dirty, we bathe here and get many acne in the skin.

I am very fortunate that my military school has a swimming pool and gym.
I feel happy because I have a place to have fun after school.Me and 3 of my friends are the only girls who do not know how to swim. Most children nowadays can swim from an early age.

After seeing many children and adults drowning. I understand that: In the summer, swimming is an indispensable need of each person. The effect of swimming on health is enormous, as we all know.
But unfortunately, not everyone knows how to swim. Not knowing how to swim will not only cause you to lose the chance to wade in the cool blue waters, but also to risk your life if you fall into deep water.

It took me 6 days to swim.

Learn to hold your breath

The first thing when learning to swim is that you have to learn to control the breath, get used to the water, not afraid of water. Then learn to practice hands and feet.
How to hold your breath? Want to float on the water, you have to hold your breath, relax your body, carve you will emerge. This is a simple 10 minute lesson that you can do.
Remember, in the water and hold your breath, relax your body completely. You hold your breath and you should not move, not to look around. So you floated on the water.

Learn how to swim

Hands-on practice for basic swimming is extremely simple, apply the following techniques.

• Put your hands together in front of chest like posture
  Straighten your arms from your chest to your forehead and stretch forward
• After straightening, draw a circle, hand back to the original posture
  Repeat this until you are mature. You can do so when on the shore or when entering the water. This exercise should use a little force. When the hand stretched straight to the body, pressed close to the body to force enough to push the body forward.

Feet spread out backwards

• Squeeze and step back, repeated, attention spread the foot into a V shape, feet wide open to push the body forward.
