I have been really good this week and yes it is only Tuesday, but I have been doing my work out and eating healthy after all the sweet and sugary foods I had last week. To combat the feeling of wanting something sweet, I decided to make myself smell sweet instead. I love cherry bakewells so I went for this!

When I go shopping for shower gels and creams, I like to look at all scents available and I love to pop the lids and smell them. Some can be really soapy, some are really flowery and others are really perfumery. When I saw this I thought ’Who wants to smell like a cake?’ It was only when I popped the lid on this that I realised how much it did smell like a cherry bakewell tart. It did smell good enough to eat. I knew I had to give it a try. The cream itself lathered up really well. Sometimes I find creams don’t lather or bubble up at all. I love the colour of this. It is a gorgeous cherry red colour and it does remind me of the jam you get in a cherry bakewell. The smell was so gorgeous and really made the bathroom smell so yummy! It really did smell like a cherry bakewell and it left my skin lovely and soft.

The good thing about this is that the bathroom does smell just like a box of bakewells and it doesn’t stain the skin. I do feel fresh and clean with this and I don’t go around smelling sickly sweet. It has a lovely aroma. I saw my friend recently and she was tucking into a bakewell tart. I mentioned to her about this shower cream, turned out she uses it as well! It must be good if we both love our bakewell tarts and we both are in love with the shower cream. The only thing now is that I have to resist buying the tarts and eating them!
