Strava Ride 1-May-2019 - Fitness is coming
Tried to hit the 20mph average, just short. Was a bit of a quick blast during lunch hour at work. Came back sweating so much that my eyes were stinging. I think in a few weeks time I should be able to do this at 20mph average but I won't be in this house much longer in order to try it. Will soon have power details in these posts and all that comes with that awesome data. Also hoping to get the automated side of this generating some interesting graphs based on Strava data in the same way that Veloviewer does.
