Rules on a per account bases
So we added the ability of having multiple accounts vote differently. There was a small problem during the transfer to this system where if you logged into the system during the transfer, your rules were deleted. We apologize for this. If this happened to you and the login logs confirm this, contact us and we will compensate you when we have premium accounts.
The next add-on to the site will be a way to accept payments for the unlimited / 500 rules (we are considering 500 rules unlimited). Our prices are still in discussion however, the way to purchase the unlimited rules would be to send @steemvoter the payment from the account that you want the unlimited rules with (not yet, but soon)! Otherwise, arrangements can be made if you want to do one lump sum for all your accounts.
The website will let you know how many rules each account has and your max rules, and currently will let you add/delete as many as you wish, however, once the payment system is ready, we will be limiting the rules to the max count. A week after that, we will delete the newest rules until you are below that count. Don't worry, we will post an update before we do that.

The unfortunate deal is I just posted a new blog post and most of the upvotes worth good rewards are gone, so most of my valuable supporters rules have been deleted and it might take a few days to get those supporters back, if ever :(

I've noticed that it stopped voting for me today. I'm having to do it all manually right now. I figured it might come around in light of today's updates, but it's still not working. What to do?

Hey @anotherjoe, Yes, today was a big day where I optimized many scripts and caused some issues.
We run a lot locally to test but we cannot afford to add a dev server for this project as it is not profitable yet. This does cause issues at time. We apologize. Everything should be working well now.

Another user recommended https://steemdb.com to figure out what rules you had. At least the profitable ones.

Same here. I can't complain. It's a free service. To add new rules I add to re-update my posting key. Now my account says pending. I looked at my email but I didn't received anything.

All new rules are safe! As far as an email, you only get one at midnight if you haven't read your notification. Pending accounts get checked every 30 minutes to be added.

Ohhhh I think i lose all my rules, and i´m writting all again....bufff. Can you recover it?.
I dont mind to pay you this service, I think the work must be payed, and be sure i´ll pay for it. So dont delete my acounts please, contact me and i´ll transfer you the amount.
We will be offering payment and account rule limits starting end of January. Currently you can still add more rules than your account max.
Also, sorry that you lost your rules. We had about 30 accounts that lost all their rules in the transfer to the new rules system.
Dont worry, I understand that these things can happen, But I value more the work you do to make us things easier, than the mistakes that can be made.

Hi steemvoter. My account is no longer voting for some reason. I did not have the problem of loosing my rules with the latest update, however my account has simply stopped auto-voting. I checked this morning and the problem still persists.
