Probably all of you know or have heard about the norms of drinking water per day. But I think that scientists and doctors do not bring it up correctly. Of course water is necessary for human life. But how to drink it?

When a person loses the amount of liquid about 2% of the body weight, he experiences THIRST and we are very thirsty. This state of the body's work is critical, and the state of thirst can be compared to the state of pain when something is wrong in the body and intervention is required. When we are thirsty - it means that the fluidity is not enough, our cells are working or not correctly or under a terrible load. This in turn can lead to irreparable damage or impairment. If the loss of liquid is about 10% of the weight, dizziness may appear, the stable functioning of the human body organs is disturbed. At 20% loss a person dies.
The norms offered by scientists for demanding water per day differ in different countries. If in Europe it is about 2.5 liters per adult, then in America it is 3.5 liters.
In fact, the norms of water consumption depend on the life of a person and on the environment, as well as on what we eat.
If it's hot and humid, you need to drink a lot, so our body emits a lot of moisture, adjusting the temperature of our body so that we do not overheat. If we use a lot of alcohol, we also need to drink a lot, because as a result of the osmosis reaction, water is drawn from the cells, thereby dehydrating them. Therefore, one should strive to dilute the concentration of alcohol in the body in order to reduce the movement of water from the cell. So it is with food. Salted, fried, spicy food requires consuming a lot of water, in order to dilute the concentration from the effects of these substances.
What is the difference in the desire to drink water and in need. I have recently started drinking water regularly. How much I drink I will not say, but less than 2 liters of water. Samochustvie excellent. But I understood what a desire to drink water is and what is the need. Necessity is when you have already lost some of the water and you fill out the missing. And even if you have replenished the supply of water, it is still not enough, because it immediately begins to be spent. I'm in a position when I'm thirsty. And this desire is fundamentally different from what is necessary. I get the same pleasure from drinking ordinary water, as if it's a sweetness or something I love. For me, the water is delicious and delivers no less pleasure than other goodies. It's because my drinking is not connected with emergency water consumption, but as a pre-emptive factor and therefore I almost never feel thirsty, only with strong and prolonged physical exertion.
If you drink water before you get thirsty, no disturbances are intimidating to you and the body will not experience stress, which will save its reliability for a longer scraping.
