And yes, I agree @thompson2 - it's really the excess that is the issue, right? @victorwho I think that regardless of the processing method all sugars are something our bodies can use, but I think that the real issues occur when they're consumed past reasonable moderation... Gotta keep things in balance the best we can! :)
