The 2-time NBA season MVP Stephen Curry will miss the next three games of the Golden State Warriors per NBA.com. Curry is still recovering from a left groin strain but he is still going with the team in their next games to support them.
Curry suffered from that injury in their match against the Milwaukee Bucks and wasn't able to play in their past few games. It is said that Curry will be evaluated again by the team's medical staff to check his improvement. This is one of the good things in the NBA today. Technology has evolved greatly and injuries are well-treated and players' health are well-maintained.
Last season, Curry suffered many injuries in his right ankle and his left knee. But he recovers well from that injury and came back strong in the second round of the playoffs and won the championship.
Curry is currently ranked number 1 in the MVP race this season as he averaged 29.5 points, 6.1 assists and 5 rebounds. He shot 49.2 percent from the three-point line. Curry is only 30 years old and he's playing at an MVP caliber level right now.
Let's see if he can continue his terrific start when he comes back from his injury.
