MLB Fantasy 6/23

We are back with another edition of MLB Fantasy Today! Every single team is in action today so there is a full slate of games. There are some dynamite match-ups and there will be some big fantasy numbers put up today. Let's get started with the pitcher position.

T Bauer P 11300. Trevor Bauer has been one of the best pitchers in the American League this year. He has an ERA of 2.50 and a WHIP of 1.09. Bauer has 129 strike outs. But there is one big problem with his fantasy stats. He is only 6-5 due to the low run support from his teammates. I think Bauer will have no problem mowing down the Tigers offense and that the Indians hitters can get him enough runs to earn the victory.

I Desmond C/1B 4000. I love the Rockies hitters today against the TERRIBLE pitcher for the Marlins, Trevor Richards. Desmond has 26 walks and 7 stolen bases this year and Richards is awful at holding runners close to first base. Desmond should score fantasy points in multiple ways today and run wild on the bases.

J Baez 2B 4100. Javier Baez has a great match-up today against the Reds starting pitcher, Anthony DeSclafani who has been struggling to keep the ball down this year. Baez will have some good rips today and I like his chances to hit his 15th home run. He will also have a good chance to steal a base. I think he will cruise past his fantasy average of 11.91 points.

T Story SS 4300. Like with Ian Desmond above, I really like Trevor Story batting against Trevor Richards. Wow, that is three different players name Trevor that have been named in this blog lol. Story has 16 home runs on the year and he will have some great opportunities today to add to that total.
