OFFICIAL: Xavi Simons at PSG
Paris Saint-Germain confirmed the acquisition of Xavi Simons.
A 16-year-old Dutch midfielder got involved with the French champion until June 30, 2022.
Regarded for his great talent, Simons moved to Paris on a free transfer basis after he decided to leave FC Barcelona. "I leave part of myself in Barcelona and take part of Barcelona with me (...) However, it's time to start a new, exciting adventure outside of Catalonia" - midfielder wrote on Twitter.
Simons went to Barcelona in 2010 and since then he has been going through the next club ranks, being a prominent figure in the FC BArcelona academy. The midfielder has performances in the Netherlands national teams up to 15 and 16 years.
For now, it is not known in which team PSG Simons will play in the near future. Let me add that his interests are led by Mino Raiola.
