Gareth Bale didn't play Real Madrid against Bayern. Zinedine Zidane explained to journalists the reason for the absence of the Welshman.
At the post-match conference, the French coach announced that Bale was close to leaving the club. Asked by journalists Zidane about the reasons for the absence of a Welsh player in a match against Real, he ruled out the player's injury.
- He was not called because the club is working on his departure and therefore he did not play. We will see what will happen, but this is the reason - said the Frenchman.
