We are off to a decent start and have 5 entries so far and 2 days gone. I know that me and a few others are stilling working on our entries and they will be coming soon. No need to worry if your design is a little rough as everything can be fine turned at a later date. Let's aim for 20 entries to match the nick naming contest.

- Entries must be made in the form of a post.
- Entries must include a custom made logo related to ''The Silver Mermaid''
- Entries must use the 'logo contest' picture as post thumbnail
- Entries must be uploaded before this post reaches pay out after 7 days
- Resteem is post and use #steemsilvergold as the first tag
- 1st of 2 posts. For 1 week, we will collect entries made by the steemsilvergold community and for the 2nd post/week, we will vote in the bot new logo.
When designing your entry, please try and keep it related to the subject at hand. It goes without saying a mermaid should be the main focus but try to remember steemsilvergold and what we are about. Banners are also welcome as we will need those also. We have 1 week to design our entries and get them added to the table below. I know that this is not alot of time but we have idea's filling out of our bums for community projects and we what to push on.

I found this while searching for ideas and it is exactly what I had in mind, except with a steem round in the bubble - its also a nice bonus that the artist's last name is Silver! Most people here are not Artists... I hope they'll be able to somehow get close to drawing what they have in mind...
I think most people on here can make a simple logo design using websites. You been around long enough to know that edit's will take place and the winning logo will be fine turned before release. I agree that a mermaid is harder alot of other things but we'll get something good, we always do :)
