My Guns: Cast Silver Hand Pours

I know several gun owners to be preppers and silver stackers. I have several guns and prepped for the basics in case of short-term emergencies. Most definitely, I have become a small time stacker.

If you follow #steemsilvergold and #ssg, you must have read posts from @theb3ar, @silvervessel and @silversupplement to name a few, where they showed their silver guns. Because I do like and posses real guns, it may not come as a surprise to anyone that I have a number of silver cast guns in my collection of hand poured silver.

All .999 fine silver guns I will show here were made by none other than a master gun caster and top-notch silversmith...
SilverToBurn.

Several in this community have his iconic pour, the Burnchester, in their silver gun collection.

The Desert Eagle

This is a sweet looking pistol, a Desert Eagle at 3.3 ozt. I know that the tiny inscription "Desert Eagle" on both sides of the pour is a challenge for all the letters to come out, but it did on this piece. SilverToBurn stamped it with SS for Silver Saver and his anchor logo.

Use the slider to see the gun.

The 44 Magnum Revolver

44 Magnum pistols come in different lengths. Do you think this a 6" or 7.5"? The silver version here came with a brown suede holster. SilverToBurn must have known that my real life holsters are all brown in color because I've only seen him make them with black holsters. This tiny 2/3 of an ounce silver 44 Magnum pitstol bears his anchor logo, however, it is not stamped, rather it is cast and comes out as 3-dimentional high relief.

The .357 Magnum/.38 Special Revolver, 6" Barrel

The real life gun is absolutely beautiful! I do not have one. I have a Ruger Security 6 which is just as pretty. Now the .55 ozt silver version that I do have here, also came with a suede holster, and like the other gun, carries the anchor logo of the maker, SilvertoBurn, in 3-dimentional high relief. The pictures are below.

I hope you liked this post. I certainly enjoyed showing you a part of my silver gun collection. Which of the silver handguns do you like most?

BTW, the top most silver gun in the picture above is a Glock stamped with SS for Silver Saver.

Not all Stackers use guns.

@khamen loves swords, he tells me!

Nice!
And I guess some carry a katana too!😁

"When a samurai carries two swords one is for fighting and the other for show, a blade works best alone." Unknown samurai.

Burnie makes some awesome art work! we appreciate these pieces for both their silver value and their art value.
we are also "preppers and stackers" and we count our wealth in calories, round and ounces! thanks for sharing such a cool collection!

Indeed, he does! Hahahaha, "wealth in calories..."

Firstly, I think you are much more than a small time silver stacker and like you I find most stackers are preppers (makes sense since we stack to be ready for anything that it would overflow into other areas). Secondly, Burnie is as you said a master craftsman not only truly gifted in the art of sandcasting, but at being a fine fellow! Third, the Rugee security 6 is a great weapon. I carry a Glock 27 at all times and have other various weapons. Finally, now onto the cheap pun portion of the comment. You are a stacker and Burnie is a pourer of such a high calibur!! Saw your post thought I would give it a shot. Man this post is going straight to the top #1 with a bullet lol. Awesome job as always my friend!!

Sweet! Yours is the first comment on this article. It made my day, @dwingsworld. I appreciate your support, and your very nice and well thought comments. Are you any chance a writer of some sort? I bet you were an English major or something like that. I don't know if I can still wean myself from my style of writing and learn beautiful analogies the way you do.

Awww @silversaver888 you say the kindest things. I am happy that you enjoyed my reply and I used to do a ton of creative writing in my high school/ college days. Now, most of my writing is in the form of reports which is why I usually have the format I do or at least thats why I think I do lol. It is difficult to change how ypu write, however feom your post and comments I think your style is fantastic. You are clear and extremely expressive while not losing sight of what your overall goal is. Thanms for the kind words my friend and I really hope you have a great day and weekend!!

As you know SS I collect it all !!!

Yeah, I figured you are like me.... we really do not show all our stack. I never thought I'd show my silver guns. I have not seen the three I featured here shown yet, so I thought that I would. You probably have them already. Take care, my friend!

Thank you for your continued support of SteemSilverGold

Great pieces, i hope to have some of them grace my collection soon.

They are really nice pieces. Pretty to have in one's collection.

Nice collection!

I am less a gun person, more so a sword lover (I enjoy martial arts). Perhaps I should look into silver-cast swords....

Oh, you are like my Sis, @kerrislravenhill!

hmmm, interesting posts, she has!

Konnechi-wah fellow Steemian San, (bows) Makes for fun unboxings and at the same time keeping up with the Tameshigiri Iaido skills.

or shall I address as Mistress Bloody Raven?
I admire greatly both Fluffy and Shorty.

Kerris-san or kun ,very casual in front of my crew. Do you open your wine with your blade? I've practiced with plastic milk jugs.

Not yet, kerris-san! I find each drop of the content in the bottle a little too precious...

I practice with blunt butterfly knifes (or baat-jam-dou), and they are not worthy to be named. Being blunt, I do not practice with objects. I aim to get a set of real blades one day soon.

Marking something 'ss' is a little risky no?
Fantastic looking pieces all the same though!

Hahahaha, it certainly is not for Schutzstaffel. So funny, but there are many stackers with SS initials, @slackerstacker, @silversupplement, the very well known Silver Slacker, and we refer to each other as SS. But the SS on those silver guns are for Silver Saver.

Posted a few out of my collection you might want to take a look at.

I am a silver lover, not a gun lover, but I could make an exception and pick any of the silver guns. They are wonderful.
