Be smart, not stupid!
Many of us occasionally do the smartest of things, such as stack in silver and gold.
Some smart people which I am most of the time, do stupid things such as misplacing a gold coin!
Where is it? Goodness gracious.... I can't find my gold coin anywhere!!! I should not have taken it out of its beautiful case! Where did I put it? Please, please... Angel... help me remember where I placed it!
A note to self:
- Make plans for storing your stack in a secure location, most specifically if you plan to stack more than 500 ounces of silver.
- If you are keeping your stack at home, the container must be solid and substantial and the silver is not poorly contained that you forget it and throw it away!
- Putting precious metals somewhere where it can be forgotten- like hiding them in holes in the wall, may not be the best. Storing them inside a junk box among many boxes in the garage where it can be forgotten, may not also be the best either.
- Tell at least three people you trust that you have bullion in your home (and tell them that other people know about it) so that when you die, someone will find it.
One advantage of stacking in gold coins is it takes up less space than silver, is cheaper to store, and doesn’t tarnish. Silver requires up to 128 times more storage space than gold, is more expensive to store, and will tarnish over time.
One can keep 30- 1 oz gold coins is a small pouch and can be hidden in many places like:
- Inside of an old sock in the bottom of your sock drawer
- In the pocket of a particular pants in your closet
- In a plastic baggie in the freezer
- In a plastic baggie inside of a flour or coffee container
- In a plastic baggie buried in the bottom of cat’s litter box and you do not have a cat....
- and any other creative places for as long as you don't forget where!

I keep my stack in plastic monster boxes and contained in two hard case hand carry rolling luggages for easy transport. My collection is everywhere in the house if they are not in my booty box. I had to edit this post for privacy. SOmetimes I forget that we are out in the open!

I will cry a river if I lost it forever. It was my Gold Buffalo. I took pictures of it for a recent post and did not punctually put it away after I was done. I do stupid things sometimes! SDBs are great. Most of the jewelry left by my Mom & Dad for me are in SDB, I do not keep them in the safe.

I am glad that you like this post! A safe is a great place to keep silver. One of our friends in youtube... his house burned to the ground. Yet he was able to salvage the silver inside the safe.
I have of many spots, i know i've lost some over the years. I told my wife we couldn't move till we tear my house down. Just i case Lol
Hahaha, you are not the only one who has lost some silver, my friend. Gotta keep them where we can remember where we hid them. Maybe we should write it down in a notebook or something.
I have a safe at home and 3 safety deposit boxes at my bank!! Lol

It is. It should be easily transported too, during situations when one has to move it out quickly, like from a burning house, for instance.
As long as you remember that personal safety is first! I've been in a burning structure before and it's so important to exit as soon as possible. The longer you wait the fewer your possible exits will be!
I put mine in a rolling carry on luggage, so that I can move it from place to place without breaking my back, LOL! So at the time of this writing, my VP is down at 74%. So, I am stuck again. I need 27 hours bring it back to 100%. Ah.... life in steemit!!!
You have a minor grammatical mistake in the following sentence:
It should be people who instead of people which.In this particular context, it can be both ways, bot!

I can do simple Latin only. But my Roman Missal is in Latin and I can pray the entire Holy Mass in Latin with it.
I find the language quite elegant but I'm not as verse in Latin as I'd like. So just simply plug the text into Google translate: Latin to English. So if I send any cryptic messages in Latin you know what to do. Keeps the grammarnazis guessing. I'm gonna post my episode 6 as Claudia Auditore da Firenze later in the week.
