When we make a Post, in any given Tag, we end up with someone who posted just before us and just after us...
I'm going to call them Lucky Neighbors and Award them with a 100% Up-Vote...
You can make your own "adjustments" if you're not comfortable, passing out 100% Up-Votes...
If you're like me, you probably check your New Posts to see how they're doing...
So, you return in a couple hours to check...
That's when you see who made a Post just before yours and just after yours, in the Tag of your choice, under the Heading of "New"...
I think the #steemsilvergold Community should Practice this Method of Awards...
The Silver Mermaid could make adjustments in their Lucky Neighbor Awards...
What an incentive if you happen to be the Lucky Neighbor of someone with $100 Up-Votes...
Currently, my up-votes are very low, but they have been much higher a while back...
We may go back to the days of much higher Up-Votes...
Just think about the Possibilities of a Lucky Neighbor Award...
It could turn into something big...

I've been a Fellow Minnow for 16 months now... At this Rate, I don't think I'll make it to the Next Fish for a while... Actually, I started when I already was the Next Fish, but it soon turned into a Minnow... lol... I've watched people passing me up, like I was standing still... I see no harm in a Couple of 100% Up-Votes for your Lucky Neighbors... You can start the same thing in other Tags... Perhaps it Might "catch on" in Steemit- World...

Thanks... Some of my ideas aren't really all that new... When I was about 8 years old, my Family took me to Church Bingo... If someone hit a Bingo, and if you were sitting on either side, you each got half as much as the one who Hit the Bingo... It's just came from one of my Old Childhood Memories... Remember my Time Loop Theory...??? The Future passes through the Present on the way to the Past... Since the Present loves bringing up the Past, it's as if the Future returns with that information, to pass back through the Present, which then makes its way back to the Past, and so on and so forth... Lately I've been seeing the following Words... Future proves Past... It's not exactly how I've been saying "the Present bears witness of the Past, and the Future shall make all things Clear," but it's close enough, I suppose...
I like this idea. Since I am now handing out $0.01 upvotes again, I might start doing this. It's a great way of showing g some strangers some love.
