New Pocket Silver - American Eagle in Silver Bezel

I just got my new pocket silver. It's a 1992 American Silver Eagle in a little silver bezel.

I picked last Friday at the local coin shop. I was looking at a few different silver eagles and then I noticed that one of them had a bezel around it... the guy said it was the same price as the others, $17 bucks.

Extra silver for the same price? I'll take it.
My first thought for this lady was 'pocket silver'... so I snagged it.

I'm not sure if the bezel is intended to be for jewelry or just a key-chain ring, but it does have a small hallmark that I need some help with... come on #steemsilvergold help me out on this!
