Oh my gosh. It has been many moons since I posted about any new to me silver. But... YOWZA! I got an order in the mail this afternoon! Let me share this crazy new round I received.

Destiny Knight: Dragon of Death

How absolutely vicious is this round? Look at this death dragon! Horns like and ram, menacing teeth and a skull head... this round is TWO OZ of .999 fine silver. Apparently it is also the last round in a series... I don’t have the others. This round has a limited mintage of just 10,000.

The words, “Death is certain, it’s hour is uncertain” and “Mors certa,hora incerta” encircle the image on this side of the round.

Here we have the destiny knight. So much detail is visible on the armor and in the background. According to APMEX:

(The round) features a Knight from the MacIan Clan of Scotland who was seeking revenge against the MacLean Clan who sided with the Spanish Armada and ravaged their land around Tobermory Bay.

How very specific...

The words on this side of the round read, “Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice.”

I really like this round. Maybe I am just all amped up on dragons having just watched the series final of Game of Thrones? 🤔 I definitely need to consult the internet to see the rounds in the rest of the series.
