豆麵湯圓

雲南的小吃小食非常多,而且各個都具有不同的特色。今天我給大家介紹一款豆麵湯圓小食。

豆麵湯圓有兩種:一種是包餡的,一種是不包餡的;但其共同特點是在湯圓的外面都要滾上一層熟黃豆麵。把滾好後的湯圓,盛到碗裡,在豆麵湯圓上淋上紅糖汁,就可以吃了。吃的時候,黃豆麵的香氣及湯圓細細軟軟的,又香又甜,真的忍不住想多吃幾個。

那麼豆麵湯圓是怎樣做成的呢?第一:準備好湯圓備用;第二:炒黃豆麵,把黃豆麵炒熟炒香後備用;第三:把紅糖倒入鍋中,加上些許水,加熱後熬成紅糖漿狀備用;或者用蜂蜜也可以的;最後,把準備好的湯圓煮熟,煮好後把湯圓盛出,放入黃豆麵裡打個滾,湯圓身上沾滿黃豆麵後,盛入碗中,再淋上紅糖漿水,就做成了。

豆麵湯圓製做簡單易學,又非常好吃,深得人們喜愛。每次吃豆麵湯圓,我都把自己的胃撐得滿滿的,是不是我太貪吃了呀!
