October Challenge (No Coffee)

My biggest challenge yet

Heh there folks

The new month is upon us, man this year is flying!!

Time for a massive one for me personally, I drink 2-5 coffees most day but really want to change this habit.

Sooooo..... this month I am going cold turkey on my wake up juice... No more coffee

Not sure how this one will pan out for me.
