Workout
















It's a beautiful morning, and I seldom wake up on time over the weekend. I brought along my WeSing karaoke app, listening to some of the songs I sang previously with many people, enjoying the morning breeze. I tried to do a short run, but my knees just isn't up to it. I think I ran for only about half a kilometers and I had to slow down and walk gently to avoid putting too much stress to my knee. Total 75 minutes walk did break some serious sweat, but not as thorough as yesterday's 110 minutes walk. I will be back for more this coming weekend, but what I have in mind is, see if I can schedule for evening run during the weekdays! I'd like to pick up a habit of evening run after working hours. When I say run, not entirely necessarily run, may be a fast pace brisk walking? Atleast I get to do some extra workout during the weekdays.

Brunch






Due to some house chores and spent too much time arranging my tasteem post, added with more procrastination and playing #drugwars, time pass fast and I had to rush off to have my breakfast at almost close to lunch hour. Good thing is, ex-girlfriend and the little monsters are all done with their breakfast, so I can pack these for their lunch.

Quick prayer




So, when I went to the catholic church to pick the monsters up, decided to stop by and give a short prayer remembering a friend that she met an accident 9 months ago. That point of time I only knowing she suddenly stop appearing anywhere. Until recently we got in touch again and found out she broke her back, legs and also had a scar face due to the accident. Her legs were patched up with steel plates in 3 different places, the back got re-centered with some magical surgery. The scars over the face should not be problem, but the nerve damage in her is putting a lot of "pain" and physically does not, but the nerve system keep sending the pain signal to her brain and causes her a lot of pain. Other then keep on chatting with her, keep her mind open and stop her from thinking too much over on what she did wrong that deserved such punishment from God.

Dinner






Was a special treat from ex-girlfriend's mother. It's rather normal kind of home cook food, but they're really tasty and I enjoyed every bit of it. I did not take rice, just to be sure I didn't put too much energy into myself and eventually turn into sugar and fat.

Congrats, I see you're doing great. I kind of envy you for those wraps.
If you want to run and protect your knees, you can try to alternate running with walking. The normal training program says 1 min run, 1 min walk but you can do half, 30 secs of walking and as much running. Or leave running for when you lose some weight to protect your joint. Fast walking also helps a lot.
Now I'm hungry, actually I'm always hungry when I see your posts 😀

Thanks babe. I have #freeletics running app. The sad part is, I could not reset the difficulties as I have previously set some unbeatable record in it already.

You are really taking this seriously and it is good to see. I also find it hard to get up early, but you have an extra reason now as you are training like Rocky lol.

Not really rocky style, more like midlife crisis man trying to trim down and have limited agility to do such activity 😅
