Hi Quincy, This is Grandpa

This is the first post on @qta's account.
I'm @wizardave, Quincy's grandpa.
I gave him a #Steemmonsters account for Christmas. His Great Uncle Rick was up for a visit and brought Quincy out to the farm for a visit. I didn't think I would see him again before Christmas, so went ahead and gave him his gift. Here's my post about that...

Boy, there is a lot to learn about this game and Steemit and Busy and PeakMonsters and ...

I'll fill in when I can, if Quincy is too busy to do his daily quest.
Tonight's daily quest cards...

That gives you 4 Sea Genies total.

• I went ahead and leveled him up to level 2.
  Goto Collection
  Scroll down to the monster and click him.
  This brings up a new window, showing your cards.
  To the left of 3 cards (It takes 3 cards for level 2), click those boxes.
  Then click the Combine (3) button.
  

This causes another window to pop up asking if you want to do this.
Look it over to see if it's what you expected, then click OK.
It goes back to the other window to show your new card.

Remember we talked about the level of the summoner determines the level of the monster you can use.

• Arlic Stormbringer is still only level 1, so he can only use level 1 monsters.
  • You can still use this card with him, but it will play as a level 1.
• Xia Seachan is a level 1 summoner, but it's an epic summoner so you can use level 2 common monsters if you use Xia.
  • The trade-off is that Xia is 2 mana while Arlic is 3.
    But Arlic gives his team a +1 magic attack.
    • So you will have to try to see which summoner works best for the team you have.
• Level 2 Sea Genie gains 1 health over Level 1 Sea Genie.
  

I'll let you level up your Highland Archer.

• Going to level 2 gives one more speed, so that helps.
  • But remember, he won't always play as level 2.
    For now, only the Epic summoners, Marlic Inferno, and Lyanna Natura will call him as level 2.
    He will play as level 1 with all other summoners.
