Have tried a different approached this time... don't know exactly why, but the warrior appealed to me as having a poetic side :)

Sword, axe, shield or spear in our hand... we will fight evil in every way we can.

From wanderer to warrior

I longed for revenge, my veins filled with rage
It wasn't easy, growing up on the orfanage
I hoped one day to live in glory
And looking back, I will tell you my story

The monks that raised me, taught forgivness
Saw my fathers slaughtered, killed by raiders
A kid I was, no strength to fight, just stare
But the lust for vengeance, was there

Twelve I was, when I escaped
I was well treated, I knew they cared
But what I wanted, they couldn't provide
A sword, a spear, a dagger by my side

I learned to fend for myself
I met good masters, good men
For years I travelled, to east and west
I trained hard, I would be the best

Learned the ways of the sword and the dagger
The spear, the bow, and the axe
With bare fists I fought
I learned to kill and react without a thought

And one day, resting on the village
Four man entered the tavern
I was young, but those faces I couldn't forget
The time had come, we finally met

I walked to them, told them what they did
They laughed, and mocked
Go, they said, if you want to live
Fools... I wasn't there to forgive

I stepped back, took my daggers
And the laughing stopped in a second
I was blind with vengeance, I was fast
They were used to fight, but I knew they wouldn't last

It was done, I avenged them at last
I tought the void in my soul would pass
The days of a wanderer had to end
I needed a purpose, a cause to defend

And one day, they reached for me
Silverstar warriors, they called themselves
Dark times are coming, they said, we need good men
You fight as a true warrior; help us, if you can

From that day, I found my place
Warriors we are, and we fight for a cause
Unite the splinters, keep the evil at bay
I have a new home now... and here I will stay.
