SteemMonsters Lore - The Flesh Golem of No Name Entry

This is my entry for the Flesh Golem lore. Without further ado...

Long Version:

It has been many moons since this one has felt the the pull of the magic. Not since this one awoke in the caves with the death priests and their chanting when they pulled this one into this body.

That body. Many changes have been made since this one awoke and ate the priests.

Every kill makes this one stronger. This one crafts the body into itself to repair and make this one stronger. This one must always be stronger than before.

This one carries no scars from the creatures of the forest it has eaten, but this one remembers each wound. The pierce of the deer antler, the scratch of the bear. This one does not eat more then it needs, but the magic needs to eat.

The men who have come into the forest have always tasted the best. They came to forest but are not part of the forest. This one protects the forest.

They came with their bows and their axes. They came to kill the deer and chop down the trees. This one heard their axes.

In the night they set their fire and slept. One stayed awake to guard, but he did not have eyes for the night. Slowly this one crept from the trees. This one clubbed the head of the man and the man fell. It was easier than a deer.

One by one this one ate all the men in the camp.

When this one ate the men this one changed. This one began to think. Before was the feelings of animals. Now is the thinking of men.

The magic calls.

This one hates the magic, but it means more priests to eat.

This one has seen the dragons flying over the mountains in the distance. This one will eat them too.

Short Version for the card:

The Flesh Golem is animated by magic and knows only hunger. As it eats its foes, the Flesh Golem heals and becomes stronger. The Flesh Golem has a special hate for the Undead Priests that created it.
