@malricinferno's Weekly Steem Monsters Market Analysis
Hey guys it's your favorite summoner from the Red team here. I've decided I will be doing a weekly Steem Monster market breakdown and share my opinions on the markets.
Common cards have been trading in a range from $0.05 to $0.27. The most popular and expensive cards are Flesh Golem, Feral Spirit, and Minotaur warrior, in this order. The other commons trade on the lower end around $0.05-$0.06 consistently.
Rare monsters are trading at $0.15 to $0.18. Summoners are still selling at a premium around $0.10 higher than monsters. Players are speculating that the summoners will be more valuable, although they are not actually harder to obtain when purchasing packs.
Epics are trading at $0.50-$0.60. This is one of the best buys on the market in my opinion, especially if they fall below $0.50.
Elemental legendary are trading from $7.00 to $10.00 on average. Dragons selling from $10.00-$13.00, and Selenia Sky is around $14-$16. These cards will be very useful in the tournaments, but are still a bit overpriced in my opinion.
The gold market is very volatile, with a wide range of prices in most categories.
Common gold cards are selling from $2.00 to $7.90. The most popular cards remain the same including Flesh Golem, Feral Spirit, and Minotaur Warrior. Some clever traders are trying to control these markets by buying up everything they can.
Rare golds are trading from $6.00 to $14.50. Summoners are valued higher in the gold market as well. Malric Inferno is currently the highest priced rare summoner. It's about time people start recognizing how valuable I am.
Epic gold cards are selling from $30.00 to $55.99. Naga Warrior is usually the highest priced, and is the most rare of all epic cards currently with only 39 in existence.
Legendary gold cards are the most expensive, ranging from $500 to $50,0000. Whoever is holding those elemental phoenix cards do not want to let them go cheap. Legendary gold cards are actually only 6.5x more rare than the epic gold cards.

Your post confirmed some suspects I had, I think that we have to see the real value of the epic, commons and rare cards.
I'm waiting to see as the market evolves when the rules are published, once the cards get stats and abilities, then we should estimate better the real value of all. Good post upvoted.
Yes I believe as we get closer to tournament time and people start combining their cards, we will see that there may not be many left :)
